芯力特是一家专业从事混合信号集成电路设计的企业,公司成功研发新一代智能抗雷击5V/3.3V 全双工/半双工RS485总线芯片、5V/3.3V RS232接口芯片,5V/3.3V CAN总线芯片等产品。CAN总线已逐渐满足不了工业、汽车市场日益增长的需求,其升级版CAN FD应运而生。它继承了传统CAN总线主要特性,同时支持高达5 Mbps的数据传输率。
SIT1050ISO是芯力特一款隔离式CAN收发器,本文讨论芯力特的SIT1050ISO 替代TI的ISO1050的可行性分析。
芯力特的SIT1050ISO与ISO1050参数对比如下:

1、 SIT1050ISO和ISO1050的最大传输速率、总线差分电压、I/O口支持电压、环路延迟、工作电压相同;
2、 SIT1050ISO的总线故障保护范围大于ISO1050的;
