黑金刚径向引线薄型铝电解电容器系列产品,最高工作温度可达105℃、最低高度5mm
Nippon Chemi-Con黑金刚是铝电解电容器的顶级制造商,电解电容产量位居世界第一,SRM、KRE、SRG、KMA、KRG五个系列电容器产品即属于黑金刚推出的径向引线型铝电解电容器中的薄型铝电解电容器。该类铝电解电容器具有尺寸小、工作温度范围宽、符合RoHS2等特点,常用于电源电路或中频、低频电路中,能起到电源滤波,退耦、信号耦合及时间常数设定、隔直流等作用。
黑金刚径向引线薄型铝电解电容器SRM、KRE、SRG、KMA、KRG五个系列,按工作温度范围又可分为两类,其中SRM、SRG属于工作温度范围-40~+85℃的电容器(简称85℃型),KRE、KMA、KRG属于工作温度范围-40~+105℃的电容器(简称105℃型)。另外,该类铝电解电容器中相同工作温度范围类型的电容器产品不同系列尺寸也有区别。如85℃型中的SRM系列、105℃型中的KRE系列分别是由同工作温度范围类型的SRG、KRG(KMA)经过降低高度衍生出来,而SRG、KRG系列分别是由现有标准产品SMG、KMG系列经过小型化和降低高度得到的。图1所示为径向引线薄型铝电解电容器系列产品关系图。

上文所述不同系列电容器产品,在20℃、120Hz的条件下,电容公差都为±20%(M),每个电容器系列电容器产品又有多个型号可供选择。以SRG系列电容器产品为例,该系列电容器根据工作电压分为6.3V、10V、16V、25V、35V、50V几个电压等级,用户使用时可先确定电容器电压等级再根据电容值进行选型。图2所示为SRG系列电容器标准品信息一览表。
