SILICON LABS (亦称“芯科科技”)时钟从任意输入频率产生任意输出频率组合,简化时钟合成并减少设计所需的计时组件数量。这些时钟具有业界领先的抖动性能和功能整合,可针对任何应用进行自定义。Silicon Labs还提供创新 PCI Express 和 LVCMOS 时钟,这些时钟能简化设计并降低成本敏感的应用的功耗。


近期推出了新一代适用于 SyncE、SONET/SDH/PDH 和IEEE 1588的 SI5383Si5384系列网络同步时钟。其中一款型号为Si5383A的产品是适用于同步以太网、SONET/SDH和PDH(T1/E1)应用的3-PLL网络同步器,具有1PPS输入/输出。Si5383A 采用了第四代DSPLL 技术,能够为需要最高抖动性能的应用提供任意频率的时钟产生和抖动衰减。

Si5383A无需外部回路滤波器组件,而且PLL带宽可通过数字程序设计设置为低至 0.001Hz。Si5383A的相位抖动低至 0.15RMS,因此可接受0.000001 - 750MHz 的5个时钟输入,而且最多可生成7个0.000001 - 718.5MHz的时钟输出频率。Si5383A符合ITU-T G.8262 EEC选项1和2、G.812类型III和IV、G.813选项 1、Telcordia GR-1244和GR-253 (Stratum 3/3E)规定的所有要求。当与外部IEEE 1588堆栈和伺服环路软件一起使用时,Si5383A 满足 ITU-T G.8273.1 和 G.8273.2 的要求。

Silicon Labs 的网络同步器时钟非常适合 SyncE/SONET/SDH 计时卡等应用,同样适合无线通信系统和数据中心交换机。每个DSPLL都能单独配置为一个 SyncE/SONET/SDH PLL,IEEE 1588 DCO,支持 1PPS/1Hz;或一个通用 PLL,支持处理器或 FPGA 时钟。旧版 SETS系统也能使用这些设备达到 Stratum 3/3E 标准。
