随着智能手机的普及和发展,其内部各项零件都在发生着巨大变化,比如,主芯片内增加了GPU、NPU等高端辅助芯片,屏幕也从蓝屏、LCD屏发展到现在全面普及的OLED屏,而手机闪光灯也经历了从无到有的过程。


目前,大多数手机使用LED闪光灯作为布光和补光来解决手机拍照光线不足的问题。其原因是因为LED闪光灯具有体积小、低功耗的特点,能够嵌入到越来越轻薄的手机中,并节省电力。



但是,随着人们对手机拍照质量的需求不断增加,白光LED闪光灯色温不准、亮度不均等问题逐渐显露。虽然氙气灯具有更好的亮度,效果均匀,也能够发出非常接近太阳光色温的光线,但它的成本高,体积大的明显问题注定了氙气灯不会成为手机闪光灯应用的主流产品。

2、LED超规格大电流闪光应用—控制时间是关键。

普通背光LED,一般额定恒流电流仅30mA,但峰值电流可以达到100mA,然而需要严格控制时间。LED灯芯发热时间常数350ms,低于这个时间,没问题!

ON/OFF试验结果总结

结论:选择JF-S206灯珠分别做2个ON/OFF试验,其结果的电性参数与光学参数均在标准范围内,没有出现异常。



备注:样品测试都在实验结束后1Hr内完成;试验结果VF变化率在±3%以内,IR小于0.2μA判定为正常;试验结果Φ变化率在±3%以内,XY变化率在±0.005内判定为正常。
