如下图为典型的AC220V伺服控制器应用框图,主要包括输入AC220V单相整流、三相逆变、IGBT功率驱动、辅助电源等部分;其中辅助电源主要经过单相整流后取电,通常采用反激式拓扑,主要为IGBT驱动IC、主控mcu、通讯模块芯片等供电。
本文主要介绍国产紫光微超级结MOSFET TPD65R600M应用于3kw伺服驱动器辅助电源的优势。

国产紫光微超级结MOSFET TPD65R600M应用于3kw伺服驱动器辅助电源的优势如下:
1、该MOS管VDS电压为650V,单相整流后输出电压一般在350V范围,故其具有较高的耐压余量,提高产品的可靠性;
2、导通电阻为最大0.6Ω,低的导通电阻,可降低导通损耗,降低输入电源功耗;连续漏极电流在25℃时最大额定值为7A,一般辅助电源功率在10几瓦特,电流余量可满足功率需求;
3、TPD65R600M为TO-252贴片封装,可直接贴片PCB板,利用PCB敷铜散热,可以有效减小布局空间;
4、工作结温和存储温度范围均为-55~150℃,工业级工作温度范围,完全适合于工业市场运用。

【选型】PFC电源应用上推荐Multi-EPI超结MOSFET,耐压高、耐电流冲击能力强、雪崩能量高
PFC对电路中MOS要求高的主要原因在于:(1)PFC输入电压范围很宽,要求MOSFET的耐压足够高,一般选用600V/650V耐压MOS;(2)PFC电路启动时由于控制环路响应问题,启动时电流尖峰较大,对于MOSFET耐电流冲击能力要求较高;(3)MOS管与感性负载连接,对EAS(雪崩能量)要求高。国产无锡紫光微Multi-EPI超结MOSFET很适合此处应用,本文以TPP65R170M说明。

【经验】如何理解MOS管雪崩电流在反激电源电路设计中的应用
不论是重复脉冲的雪崩,还是单次脉冲的雪崩,如果造成的能量过大,或者MOS散热不良,时间长了都会造成MOS管因为过热而损坏,此时需要对脉冲的宽度有一定的限制。只有当MOS管上有过压脉冲时,才需要考虑MOS管的雪崩电流,比如反激电源等应用上。因此在选择MOS管时耐压一般要放10%的余量。本文通过以无锡紫光微的MOSFET TMA9N90H为例,介绍了这一情况。
