【应用】黑金刚的KXJ系列小型铝电解电容器助力平滑车载电装回路(充电器主回路)设计
随着电动汽车技术的发展,在电池能量有限的情况下,研制一种能快速为电池补充能量的充电设备,是延长行驶里程的最好方法。车载电装回路(充电器主回路)在高频条件下会呈现出相应的特性变化,由此产生噪声。为了解决这个问题,本方案推荐使用小型铝电解电容器,起平滑噪声的作用,如图1所示的充电器主回路电路框图。据此,本方案推荐Nippon Chemi-Con(黑金刚)的KXJ系列小型铝电解电容器,助力车载电装回路(充电器主回路)应用。

首先,在电气特性方面,NIPPON CHEMI-CON(黑金刚)的KXJ小型铝电解电容器额定电压范围为160~500V,工作电压高;其静电容量范围为6.8~680μF,完全满足车载电装回路(充电器主回路)系统的电气要求。
其次,KXJ小型铝电解电容器具有波纹电流耐久性,在温度105℃时,寿命高达8000~12000小时,具有极高的可靠性。此外,当额定电压为160V~450V时,KXJ工作温度范围为-40℃至105℃;当额定电压为500V时,其工作温度范围为-25℃至105℃,具有优异的温度特性。产品尺寸图见图2。

值得一提的是,KXJ在目前的KXG系列基础上,缩小尺寸,属于小型化产品,可以节省占用空间。
