Si57x是SILICON LABS推出的一款输出频率可编程振荡器,其中Si570为XO,Si571为VCXO。该系列振荡器输出频率范围为10MHz~1.4GHz,输出频率分辨率优于1ppb 。Si57x内部集成固定频率的晶振,其频率输出更加稳定,其温度稳定性可达±7ppm,总体稳定性可达±20ppm,且频率稳定性超过基于SAW的振荡器三倍,能有效保证高速系统的性能。
传统可变频率架构系统设计必须采用多个固定频率的XO、VCXO或VCSO,以满足不同操作频率要求。但该种方案成本高,且需要复杂的模拟锁相回路设计和布局,开发复杂。Si57x基于第三代DSPLL技术,可在全工作频率范围内实现超低抖动的任意频率输出,其相位抖动低至0.25ps ,用户能通过业界标准的I2C接口设定操作频率,使器件的编程设定和重新配置更简单,且支持不限次数重新编程,可让系统设计人员将同一套时钟频率架构重复用于不同的最终应用,这能简化设计并加速上市时间。Si57x最适合需要弹性频率源的高效能应用,包括下一代网络设备、无线基站,测试与测量装置、高画质电视视频基础设施和高速数据采集装置。
Si57x采用符合行业标准的表面贴装封装,尺寸为5×7mm,支持所有常见的输出信号格式,包括LVPECL、LVDS、CMOS和CML。
Si570/Si571的特点:
