【应用】PP(聚丙烯)薄膜电容FKP3系列用于音频运放电路,THD+N扫频指标达0.0009%
一款蓝光播放器或者其他类型的高端播放器,音频输出是整个产品的灵魂。好的音源经过播放器接近无损的输出,配上后端的功放和音箱,能给用户带来极大的享受。在播放器中,能影响音频信号质量的主要因素有:芯片的解码、DAC转换、运放的选型、滤波器设计、电容、电源和地环路等。
在电路设计中,我们会用到陶瓷电容和普通电解电容,这些电容用量很大,但它们不是用于此处设计的理想电容器,其漏电流和损耗角正切都比较大,如果用在一些高端模拟音频电路上,用户的“金耳朵”能准确的听出音频信号的损失。本文中笔者选用的是PP(聚丙烯)薄膜电容。
薄膜电容主要特性:无极性,绝缘阻抗很高,频率特性优异(频率响应宽广),而且介质损失很小,很适合用在模拟电路上。聚丙烯(PP)薄膜电容和聚苯乙烯(PS)薄膜电容是薄膜电容中比较好的。笔者选用的是WIMA的PP薄膜电容,接下来将具体介绍其在产品音频电路中的使用。如下图1是产品的运放调理电路。

这是一个差分信号转单端信号的二阶滤波器运放电路;差分音频信号是由前级DAC产生的,电阻R172、R174、R173和R177组成信号放大倍数的调节;在这个电路中,要注意如下的一些设计要点。
电阻推荐选择插件的金属膜电阻,温漂和噪声会比较少,同时阻值也要用比较小的,基本是在K级附近。
运放的供电电源要选择双电源,推荐是正负15V,动态范围会比较好;前端电源采用单独的环牛变压器来产生正负电源,相关的滤波电解电容也要选择好的参数。
运放不仅要关注失真度、噪声电压、压摆率等重要参数,还要注重市面上的听感口碑。

【选型】WIMA薄膜/箔片电容系列产品,PCM 5mm~15mm
WIMA的PCM 5~15mm电容产品有两种电介质版本,共分四个系列型号,分别为FKS 2,FKP 2,FKS3和FKP3,产品的电容值范围从33pF到0.22µF,额定电压值范围从63VDC到1000VDC。FKS 2和FKS3为聚酯膜电介质(PET),FKP 2和FKP3则为聚丙烯膜电介质(PP)。按照PCM的不同区分为5mm系列,和7.5mm、10mm、15mm系列。
