Geehy Semiconductor announced the APM32A full series automotive-grade MCUs with high-performance CPU, enhanced storage, and rich connectivity to effectively meet the development needs of automotive electronics for diverse communications and body control applications. It can be widely used in body control, safety systems, infotainment systems, and power systems.
The APM32A full series includes three major product lines: APM32A407, APM32A103, and APM32A091, with a total of 6 models covering Arm® Cortex®-M0+/M3/M4 cores, further expanding the product lineup of automotive-grade MCUs. The whole series has been certified the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and Grade 2. Its operating temperature covers -40℃~125℃, meeting the reliability requirement of automotive chips and helping customers to develop more stable and reliable products.

It can apply to EDR, vehicle AV equipment, vehicle diagnostic instruments, window lifters, and other scenarios.
