【经验】解析圣邦微Buck-Boost转换器SGM62110的设计注意事项
SGM62110/SGM62111是一款内置了四开关管的低功耗Buck-Boost转换器。2.2V至5.5V输入电压,1.8V至5.2V输出电压,具有很高的转换效率,在3.3V输出,10mA至2.5A负载段,可达到超过90%的转换效率。WLCSP-2.21×1.40-15B小封装,有利于PCB布局,低静态电流18μA,在低功耗的应用上颇具优势,可满足大多数电池供电的小型化设备,如TWS耳机应用。SGM62110/1外围电路简单,仅需配置3个电容和1个电感即可工作,具有I2C接口,输出电压可通过编程控制,内置OTP、OVP、OCP、UVLO等保护措施。本文将解析该系列产品的设计注意事项。
应用电路图
如下为应用设计经验:
1、本器件有I2C接口,可用于编程配置输出电压。在RANGE=0,VSEL=low的情况下,输出电压默认为3.3V输出。
2、对于大多数应用,输入电容可以用10μF,如果芯片离供电端比较远,则建议使用更大的如47μF的电解电容或者钽电容。
3、电感值通常选用0.47μH,为获得更好的效率,建议采用较低DCR的电感。在包括瞬态响应的最恶劣工况下,电感额定饱和电流必须至少高于最大峰值电流的20%。通常最恶劣工况发生在Boost模式,在最低的输入电压、最高的输出电压和最大的负载下工作。
4、输出电容,建议使用两个22μF,6.3V的陶瓷电容,可以满足大多数应用,为了减少高频噪声,可以再并一个0.1μF的陶瓷电容,尽可能靠近VOUT和GND引脚。
5、布局在DC/DC电源的所有开关模式中起着重要作用。不合理的布局可能导致EMI性能差、设备不稳定和潜在的器件问题。输入电容、输出电容和电感应尽可能靠近IC。SGM62110/SGM62111设计有单独的电源地和模拟地,应尽量减少对敏感模拟电路的接地噪声影响,使用单独的接地线连接反馈,并将该接地线单点连接到主电源的地。
