光伏系统通常由太阳能面板、DCDC升压转换器、充电控制、DC-DC降压转换器、DC-AC逆变器几部分组成,其典型框图如图1所示。

通常光伏系统的成本和效率至关重要,针对以上几部分应用,美国中央半导体公司(Central Semiconductor)开发的产品非常适合应用在太阳能行业苛刻的高温条件下。而且Central的相关器件可消耗最小的功率,可保证光伏系统运行在最优的效率水平。针对DC-DC升压转换器、DC-DC降压转换器、DC-AC逆变器推荐型号如下图2所示。

太阳能板旁路二极管功能:
通过太阳能电池的电流通常受电池电阻或偏置条件的影响而被限制。当电池处于阴影中时,它对电流的电阻将增加。一块电池增加的电阻将限制太阳能电池板向电池组提供的总电流。旁路二极管通常为避免这种潜在的风险。在正常工作条件下,旁路二极管是反向的对整个系统不起作用,本质上是“不可见的”。为了最大限度地提高整个系统的效率,旁路二极管应该具有最低的正向电压(VF)。肖特基技术为这种应用提供了最有效的二极管,通常6至16A电流的二极管是必须的。针对以上应用Central品牌的太阳能板旁路二极管推荐型号如图4所示。
