NETSOL推出的S3Axx04x0M系列是自旋转移扭矩磁阻随机存取存储器(STT-MRAM)。它具有SPI总线接口、XIP(就地执行)功能和基于硬件/软件的数据保护机制。SPI(串行外设接口)是一种具有命令、地址和数据信号的同步串行通信接口。与并行接口相比,它需要的引脚数更少,并且易于在系统上进行配置。
S3Axx04x0M系列存储器提供的存储密度范围为1Mbit到16Mbit。该系列存储器可以替代具有相同功能和非易失性存储器,如闪存、FRAM或(nv)SRAM。
S3Axx04x0M系列存储器提供各种SPI模式,以允许进行带宽扩展。SSPI(单SPI)模式具有用于命令信号的单(1)引脚。用户可以在1引脚、2引脚或4引脚中选择分配给地址和数据信号的引脚数。DSPI(双SPI)模式为命令、地址和数据信号提供双(2)引脚。QSPI(QuadSPI)模式为命令、地址和数据信号提供Qual(4)引脚。
S3Axx04x0M系列存储器具有非易失性寄存器位:状态寄存器、配置寄存器、序列号寄存器、扩展256字节和扩展字节保护寄存器。这些寄存器位必须是在高温焊料回流过程后上电时至少设置一次。S3Axx04x0M系列存储器采用小尺寸8-pad WSON和8引脚SOIC封装。这些封装与类似的低功耗易失性和非易失性产品兼容。S3Axx04x0M系列存储器可以在商业级(0℃至70℃)和工业级(-40℃至85℃)工作温度范围正常工作。
