【应用】高性能电解电容助力变频器运行更加稳定
在工业控制领域,为实现环保节能和电气改造,变频器已经越来越多的应用在电机控制领域。电解电容作为变频器内部滤波和直流支撑的关键元件,在平滑脉动电流和降低纹波电压起到至关重要的作用。

图1所示为变频器功率拓扑电路。图中标注的电容主要起平滑脉动电流的作用,输入端交流电通过三相整流,将交流整成直流,再通过逆变电路输出需要的交流电。整流桥后端的电解电容在平波的同时吸附掉大量中低频谐波,为后面的DC-AC部分提供稳定的输入直流电流。该处输入的直流电流的纹波减少,将从源头对输出端降低纹波起到关键性的作用。
在实际应用中,变频器通常安装在工厂车间中,环境中粉尘或水汽较多,如果要保证变频器的正常长时间的工作,核心在于保证内部功率转换单元的正常平稳运行。这就要求内部的电容具有长期的高稳定性以及能适应各种户外的恶劣环境。

• 在85℃工作温度,正常电压的情况下寿命超10万小时
Kendeil的K074螺栓型电解电容应用在变频器中,具有以下几点优势:
1)电容容量在恶劣的环境下容量衰减幅度小,吸收电路纹波的能力强,电容的寿命也更长;
2)电容的高温特性好,在工作中,随着温度的升高其漏电流变化幅度很小;
3)电容的低温特性好,在北方环境温度较低的地方,其容量能够保持相对恒定,保证低温时设备能够正常运转。

变频器滤波长寿命电解电容的损坏的原因
铝电解电容器通常是由金属箔(铝/钽)作为正极,金属箔的绝缘氧化层(氧化铝/钽五氧化物)作为电介质,电解电容器以其正电极的不同分为铝电解电容和钽电解电容器。铝电解电容器的负电极由渍过电解质液(液态电解质)的薄纸/薄膜或电解质聚合物构成;钽电解电容器的负电极通常采用二氧化锰。由于均以电解质作为负电极,长寿命电解电容因而得名。
