【产品】IDT推出80G线性驱动器可用于下一代集成相干光接收模块
IDT(瑞萨收购)于2019年3月4日推出其新型GX7847x 80G线性驱动器系列,采用裸片形式提供,可用于下一代集成相干光接收模块。随着发展,全球港口的复合年增长率估计为44%,其中400G以上的硬件是主要的市场增长驱动因素之一。根据Cignal AI 3Q18光学应用报告显示,即将推出的第五代集成相干光接收模块应用将支持800Gb/s~1Tb/s以及80~100Gbaud波特率的带宽。

IDT(瑞萨收购)推出的GX7847x系列80G线性驱动器是集成4通道的单片解决方案,其几乎涵盖了市场上的所有主流的光调制器技术。其中,GX78471,GX78472和GX78474经过优化可分别为铌酸锂,磷化铟和硅等光学调制器提供最佳性能。同时,GX7847x系列80G线性驱动器专为400G ZR,城域网和数据中心互连(DCI)应用而设计,符合光互连论坛(OIF)标准,可用于高带宽共同封装驱动器调制器(HB-CDM)和集成相干发射器 ,接收器光学子组件(IC-TROSA)。采用GX7847x系列的HB-CDM和IC-TORSA具有更高的带宽,在输出电压摆幅,线性度,功耗和芯片尺寸方面更具优势。
另外,GX7847x系列的集成相干光接收模块还具有许多高级功能,其中包括:具有频率响应可调性的60GHz带宽,用以优化光模块的E/O响应;具有可用于驱动铌酸锂,磷化铟和硅光调制器的高输出电压;对于64QAM调制,其线性度小于THD的1%。综上所述,IDT的新型GX7847x驱动器系列可为扩展相干光提供更优解决方案,有效提高相干光技术的波特率,从而提高相干系统传输容量,解决下一代产品的带宽需求以及相关的系统和服务波特率技术上的瓶颈。
