PANJIT推出的P6AF3.3A-AU~P6AF64A-AU系列是表面贴装瞬态电压抑制器(TVS),采用SMAF封装。该系列的反向峰值电压为3.3V~64V,峰值脉冲功耗为600W,峰值正向浪涌电流为100A,符合AEC-Q101标准,是车规级产品,可靠性高。

Notes:
1、非重复电流脉冲,如图3所示,在TA=25℃以上根据图2进行降额
2、安装在5mm2铜板上到每个端子
3、安装在FR4印刷电路板上,单面铜,小焊盘。
4、根据工作峰值反向电压(VRWM)选择一个瞬态抑制器等于或大于直流或连续峰值工作电压电平。
5、TVS是一种瞬态保护装置,强烈建议不要用作齐纳稳压器。
