The UWB solution for personnel and forklift anti-collision warning provided by SKYLAB includes two situations, namely, the anti-collision warning between the forklift and the forklift, and the anti-collision warning between the forklift and the worker.
The personnel forklift collision avoidance warning solution is based on UWB high-precision ranging, with advanced UWB positioning and ranging technology as the core. The TOF multi-group two-way ranking algorithm is used to achieve accuracy between forklifts and forklifts, forklifts and personnel wearing UWB Worker Cards Ranging, the average ranging accuracy can reach 10cm.
It is combined with sound and light alarms to form an anti-collision warning device to realize the function of anti-collision warning. When a collision is about to occur, an alarm is generated to remind the forklift operator. The Principle of UWB Solution for Personnel Forklift Anti-collision Warning
Install the UWB base station VDU2506 on the forklift, and combine it with the sound and light alarm device to form an anti-collision warning device. Through the UWB base station installed on the forklift, the high-precision distance measurement between the UWB work cards carried by the personnel can simultaneously complete the accurate distance measurement between multiple forklifts and between multiple personnel and forklifts. This enables collision avoidance warning between forklifts and forklifts, and between forklifts and people.
In addition, the ranging accuracy between UWB base station and UWB base station, UWB base station and UWB worker card is as high as 10CM, with accurate ranging and small error.
At the same time, the Uwb base station can set the ranging range and early warning threshold according to the scene.
