【应用】小封装双运放SGM8302应用于高速数据采集保持电路设计


随着雷达,通信,遥感遥测,医学成像,精确控制等技术应用领域的不断发展,电子系统需要处理的模拟信号带宽以及动态范围越来越大,对数据采集系统的采集精度,采集速率等提出了更高要求。本文推荐SGMICRO的SGM8302高速运放作为高速数据采集保持电路,该运放实现100MHz-3dB带宽和12V的输入信号动态范围。

如图1所示,越来越多的设计应用领域要求具有高精度的A/D转换和实时处理功能。而A/D转换前端的采样保持电路直接关系到A/D芯片的转换速度和精度。为实现高速,高精度的A/D转换,也要求有高速的采样保持电路为A/D芯片做采样前的信号处理,做到尽可能快速地采样到信号,并尽可能长时间地保持住信号电平值。
采样保持电路能够跟踪或者保持输入模拟信号电平值,在理想状态下,当处于采样状态时,采样保持电路的输出信号跟随输入信号变化而变化;当处于保持状态时,采样保持电路的输出信号保持为接到保持命令的瞬间的输入信号电平值。
采样保持电路采用两级高精度运放组成,因运放的输入高阻抗特性,两级运放都起到信号隔离作用,他们就像两个电压跟随电路。前级隔离模拟输入信号,后级隔离A/D电路。两级运放中间采用小电容充放电电路实现实时数据保持。理想的高速A/D就需要高速高精度的采样保持电路,要求运放具有高速信号切换能力,并具有很低的输入零漂及温漂,以获得高精度。

SGM8302是高速轨到轨输出的双运放,提供绿色环保的SOIC-8和MSOP-8封装。其主要特点如下:
1. 宽信号特性:4.5V-12V的单电源供电,及±2.25到±6V的双电源供电。电源范围也是输入/输出信号范围,所以SGM8302具有很宽的模拟输入信号范围。
2. 高速特性:100MHz的3dB带宽,并在56MHz带宽内增益平坦度达到0.1dB,信号摆率达到:155V/μs 。
3. 高精度:典型输入零漂为5 mv,输入温漂为12μV/°C。差分增益误差为0.02%,差分相位误差为0.02°。
4. 输出驱动电流达103mA,有利于A/D接入的信号稳定;
5. 工作温度范围为-40℃~+85℃,适合各种工业环境。
从上述特性可见,小封装双运放SGM8302的高速,高精度性能非常适合50MHz-100MHz的高速A/D的信号采样和保持电路设计。

SGM8051/2/3/4/5系列高速运算放大器应用指南与典型电路
本篇介绍了应用圣邦微电子高速运算放大器SGM805x系列的关键问题:(1)电压反馈型运放的闭环增益和闭环带宽的乘积为常数;(2)驱动容性负载时,在输出和负载间串联小电阻或减小反馈环路的带宽;(3)电源引脚应加去耦电容,版图布局走线应尽量减小寄生电容;(4)接地平面宽度足够,电流回路尽量短;(5)输入和输出信号线不应平行;(6)典型应用电路有差分放大器、有源滤波器和视频驱动器。
【选型】适用于光模块项目的高速运算放大器SGM8061系列,G=+10时-3dB带宽可以做到20MHz
客户的光模块项目中需要用到两颗高带宽的运放,采集APD光信号,一颗用来去除干扰,一颗用来整形。信号频率10MHz,幅度几十mv,在此信号特性下,能够实现40db的增益。根据以上客户的需求,笔者给客户推荐了SGMICRO(圣邦微)的高速运算放大器SGM8061系列产品,芯片在增益为1时的带宽可以做到500MHz,配合频率响应图我们可以看到G=+10时-3dB带宽可以做到20MHz。
【选型】小体积运放SGM8604助力光模块设计,具有高输出驱动能力等优势
目前光模块中的激光二极管多用EML或DML这两种,EML(电吸收调制激光器)更广泛应用于高速长距离传输的光模块。EML的驱动需要一个恒定的100mA左右的直流源,且光模块对器件体积有较高要求,因此本文推荐圣邦微推出的SGM8604系列运放,具有232mA的高输出驱动能力,采用小体积封装,且有仅10μV的输入失调电压以及低至17nV/℃的输入失调电压漂移,使器件的稳定性得到进一步提升。
SGMicro(圣邦微) SGM8743运放 数据手册
SGM8743是一款专为3V或5V电源供电系统设计的单通道高速比较器。该器件具有快速响应、低功耗和轨到轨输入范围的特点,传播延迟仅为6ns,而工作电流仅为1.3mA。其输入共模电压范围超出电源轨,输出可拉至任一电源轨的0.1V以内,无需外部上拉电路,非常适合与CMOS和TTL逻辑接口。所有输入和输出引脚均可承受连续短路故障条件。
