使用说明
1.该产品具有光敏性,在存储和使用过程中应尽量减少暴露在阳光、紫外线和人工光源。
2. 该产品应用黑色针头进行涂覆。
3. 为达到最佳粘接效果,粘接表面应保证清洁无油污。
4. 固化速度取决于光照强度、光照距离、固化深度和透光率,基材应保证能透过UV光。
5. 粘接处的光照强度最低值为 5mW/cm2,光照时间为相同光照强度下初固时间的4-5倍。
6. 涂覆于表面的胶体如需消粘,UV 光强度应提高至 100mW/cm2 以上。
7. 如果粘接材料对温度敏感,如热塑性材料,固化时应注意降温。
8. 塑料组件使用时应测试应力开裂的风险。
9. 过量未固化胶粘剂可通过有机溶剂擦拭,如丙酮。
10. 粘接后的材料如需负载,应降温后进行。
储存
未开封产品存放在干燥环境下,储存条件见产品包装,最佳储存条件:8-28℃,低于 8℃或高于 28℃会影响产品性能。
