ROHM标准电压检测器(复位IC):600多种型号满足微处理器、逻辑电路等需要复位应用的不同需求

CMOS电压检测器
ROHM标准型CMOS电压检测器包括BD48xxx、 BD49xxx两个系列,是高精度、低消耗电流的复位IC系列。其中,BD48xxx系列具有N沟道开漏输出,BD49xxx系列具有CMOS输出;检测电压在2.3V~6.0V范围内以0.1V为级差备有多个型号产品形成产品线。各个型号产品都是无铅产品,符合RoHS指令。该类型CMOS电压检测器适合用于微处理器以及逻辑电路需要复位的场合。

ROHM该类型CMOS电压检测器电压检测精度为±1%,消耗电流超低,典型值为0.9µA;工作温度范围为-40°C~+105°C,可以应对恶劣的温度环境;封装尺寸小,具有三种封装,分别为SSOP5、SSOP3、VSOF5,对应尺寸为2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm、2.92mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm、1.60 mm x 1.60mm x 0.60mm。其中,SSOP5与SOT-23-5 (JEDEC) 兼容,SOP3与SOT-23-3 (JEDEC) 兼容。用户使用时可从输出类型、检测电压、封装等几个方面考虑,进行选型。

由上图可知,BD48xxx系列、 BD49xxx系列根据封装又分为三个子系列,其中BD48xxx系列包括BD48ExxG、BD48xxFVE、BD48KxxG、BD48LxxG四个子系列; BD49xxx系列包括BD49ExxG、BD49xxFVE、BD49KxxG、BD49LxxG四个子系列。在检测电压2.3V~6.0V范围内以 0.1V为步进,都有对应的产品可提供。
电压检测器(低电压检测型)
ROHM标准型CMOS电压检测器包括BU48xxx、 BU49xxx两个系列,也是高精度、低消耗电流的复位IC系列。为使用户能够选择到适合用途的产品,输出形式有Nch漏极开路和CMOS输出2类;检测电压在0.9V~4.8V范围内以 0.1V为级差备有多个型号产品形成产品线。各个型号产品都是无铅产品,符合RoHS指令。ROHM低电压检测型电压检测器适合用于所有用到微处理器以及逻辑电路的电子设备。

ROHM该类型电压检测器电压检测精度为±1%,消耗电流超低,典型值为0.55µA;工作温度范围为-40°C~+125°C,可以应对恶劣的温度环境;封装尺寸小,具有三种封装,分别为SSOP5、VSOF5、SOP4,对应尺寸为2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm、1.60mm x 1.60mm x 0.60mm、2.00mm x 2.10mm x 0.95mm。其中,SOP4与SC-82 兼容。

双极性电压检测器
ROHM的双极型复位IC系列是为了防止CPU和逻辑电路的电源在ON/OFF时或出现瞬断等情况处于过渡状态时時发生系统误动作而开发的RECETRESET IC。它用电源、GND、复位输出三引脚结构检测各式各样的系统的电源电压,输出复位信号。它具有超小型、消耗电流低的特点,在便携式设备中使用尤为方便。该系列中的各个型号产品都是无铅产品,符合RoHS指令。该类型复位IC有一个系列可提供,即BD47xxG系列,适合用于微处理器以及逻辑电路需要复位的场合。

BD47xxG系列双极型复位IC检测电压范围为0.9V~4.8V,检测以0.1V为级差备有多个型号产品,电压检测精度为±1%,消耗电流超低,典型值为1.6µA;工作温度范围为-40°C~+75°C,可以应对恶劣的温度环境;封装尺寸小,采用SSOP5封装,输出形式为集电极开路输出。
