CMXSTB200、CMXSTB300和CMXSTB400是Central Semiconductor公司推出的表面贴装硅正向参考二极管(稳压器),这三款产品分别是1N4156、1N4157和1N5179的替代品,标记代码分别为CST2、CST3和CST4,可用于电压调节、传感和比较等需要控制正向电压特性的场合应用。正向参考二极管CMXSTB200、CMXSTB300和CMXSTB400的主要参数如图1所示,三者的最大功耗为350mW,在TA=25°C,VR=20V条件下,三者的泄漏电流最大都只有10uA,而且正向电压也都很小。

正向参考二极管CMXSTB200、CMXSTB300和CMXSTB400的封装尺寸和引脚定义如图2和图3所示,三者都采用表面贴片SOT-26封装,都为6引脚,但三者的引脚定义分布不同,注意使用时区分;三者的工作和存储结温温度范围为-65°C~+150°C,能够适应较为恶劣的工业环境,满足大部分环境上的需求。
