HXR6112是瑞萨电子旗下IDT公司推出的光纤限幅跨阻放大器(TIA),属于IDT针对并行光链路市场的光接收发射器阵列(ORTA)产品系列。HXR6112可与PIN探测器阵列或离散检测器搭配,共同组成一个用于数据通信的高容量,高可用性的光链路。在HXR6112中,3.3V SiGe器件集成了跨阻抗前置放大器,限幅后置放大器和用于12个光学通道的通用CML输出级。HXR6112的使用可实现更高的数据传输速率,降低EMI和功耗。

HXR6112的数据传输效率可达16Gbps,具有12个通道,单个通道的功耗仅为60mW,更有助于实现低功耗设计。在10^-12的误码率下,HXR6112的接收器灵敏度为20µApp(16Gb/s)。HXR6112的过载能力很强,可达3mApp。
