瞬间突然变化,作用时间极短的电压或电流称为脉冲信号,它可以是周期性重复的,也可以是非周期性的或单次的。常见的脉冲形状有矩形脉冲、方波脉冲、尖脉冲、锯齿脉冲、阶梯脉冲、间歇正弦脉冲等。以线圈脉冲测试为例,线圈类产品(如变压器、绕线功率电感等)由于绕线材料、磁性材料、骨架、加工工艺等因素的影响会产生线圈层间、匝间及引脚间等绝缘性能的降低,通过脉冲电压测量,可以判定测试产品的优劣。


测试原理:

在测量时将与标准线圈测量时相同的脉冲通过电容器放电施加于被测线圈,由于线圈电感量和Q值的存在,将响应一个对应于该放电脉冲的电压衰减波形,比较该衰减波形的某些特征,可以检测线圈匝间和层间短路及圈数和磁性材料的差异, 可以通过施加一个高电压脉冲,根据出现的电晕或层间放电来判断绝缘不良。

测试方法:

现实中匝间耐压(层间耐压)有多种测量方法,但本质都是将标准线圈的采样波形存储于仪器中,测试时将被测线圈的测试波形与标准波形比较,根据设定的判据(面积、面积差、电晕、相位差等)以判定被测产品的性能优劣。


下面我们为大家简单介绍四种测试常用的测试方法:

a波形面积比较法

如图2,在任意指定的A~B 区间内对被测线圈测试波形面积进行(积分)计算,并与标准波形在此区间内的面积进行比较,用这两个波形面积的差异值与标准波形在此区间的面积的百分比作为判定依据,判定基准用百分比来设定。注:波形面积近似的与能量损失成正比,所以可以使用面积比较方法来判断线圈中的能量损耗,有效的检测线圈层间和匝间短路

b波形面积差比较法

如图3,在任意指定A~B 区间内对被测线圈测试波形和标准波形的Y 轴方向的差异值进行计算(积分计算的结果为A~B 区间内的阴影部分)和标准波形在此区间的面积比较,基准用百分比来设定。注:面积差比较方法主要表现了电感量的差异和能量的损耗,这个比较方法可以有效的检测标准线圈和被测线圈的电感量差异。

c电晕放电比较法

如图4,与波形的差异无关,在任意指定的A~B 区间内,仅在被测线圈测试波形包含的电晕放电尖峰中检出高频成分进行面积(积分)计算,并将计算结果与设定值进行比较,判定电晕放电量是否合格,设定值是一个整数。

d相位差比较法

如图5,指定一个需要作比较的过零点,测量仪器判断被测线圈测试波形和标准波形在这个过零点的偏移量,然后和标准波形的振荡周期作比较,并用这两个量的百分比作为判断依据,基准用百分比来设定。如图中,A~B 间是偏移量,C~D 间是标准波形振荡周期,设定的是比较波形的第三个过零点。
