NIPPON CHEMI-CON的小型铝电解电容主要分为5种,分别是MLE,MLF,MLK,MVJ,MVL。这5类电容都可在高达105℃下的高温工作,电容公差均为20%,稳定工作时间可达2000小时以上!为对比几种电容,笔者选取了电容中最重要的几个参数进行对比,如下表所示:

工作温度范围:代表器件可以在极端环境下工作的能力,绝对值数值越大,说明器件可以在更加极端的环境下工作。MLE,MLF,MLK系列电容的工作温度范围为-25-105℃,而MVJ和MVL的工作温度的工作温度范围为-45-105℃。MVJ和MVL可在更低的温度环境中稳定工作。


额定电压范围:表示器件所能承受的电压范围。MLE,MLF,MLK,MVJ,MVL铝电解电容器的额定电压范围均为6.3-50V,适合应用于低压环境。


电容公差:代表电容极限容值的偏差百分比,铝电解电容均为20%。


漏电流:代表通过绝缘体的电流,数值越小,说明器件的绝缘性能越好。MVJ的绝缘电流为0.01CV,相比于MLE,MLF,MLK和MVL的0.03CV,其绝缘性更好。


电容值范围:表示电容的数值范围。MLE,MLF和MVL都可以选择1-100uF的电容范围,相比于MLK的4.7-100和MVJ的1-100,MLE,MLF和MVL可满足大电容的应用需求。


能量损失(tanδ):表示电容在工作期间的能量损失量,用tanδ表示。MVJ,MVL的能量损失相比于MLE,MLF,MLK,来说更小,仅为0.12。


使用寿命:代表电容的使用时间,数值越大说明电容的工作时间越长。MVJ,MVL,MLK,MLE和MLF的寿命是递增的,最高可达10000小时!
