主要产品及应用


 NIPPON CHEMI-CON的主要产品包括铝电解电容,导电高分子固态电容,混合型铝电解电容,多层陶瓷电容,薄膜电容,陶瓷压敏电阻,超级电容等。


一、铝电解电容:

  • 分为贴片型,引线型,基板自立型(牛角电容),螺丝端子型;

  • 常规品范围在105℃~150℃, 1,000小时- 12000小时寿命保证,额定电压范围:4V~700V;

  • 尺寸范围最小规格贴片型电容φ4*5.2L,容量范围从0.1uF~680000uF。


铝电解牛角电容EGXA系列:


二、导电高分子固态电容(贴片+引线)

  • 高分子材料并结合传统电容的结构制式的柱状电容具有超高导电性(超低ESR,高纹波),导热性,高容量,低阻抗长寿命的高可靠性;

  • 电压范围2.5V~25V,容量范围10uF~2200uf,寿命最高长达20000h;

  • 回流焊CV值较低,良率高。

三、混合型电容(贴片+引线)

作为混合型电容的鼻祖的NCC结合铝电解的电解液和固态高分子的两种材料特性优势,具有铝电解的漏电流修复能力和高耐压特性以及固态高分子材料的低ESR高纹波电流和耐热性能。这可以让混合电容在高阻抗和耦合电路中正常使用,但固态电容因漏电流过大却无法应用于耦合电路和高阻抗电路中。 NCC混合型电容基本温度范围在-55℃~ 125℃,额定电压最高到80V, 并全部符合车载AECQ-200认证要求。

特点:超低ESR,高纹波,耐热性好,性能非常稳定,耐湿性,车载品认证。

主要应用市场:汽车电子,5G通讯基站设备,工业自动化,航空,航天,伺服器,UPS,电动汽车,光伏,充电站储能,IoT,智能家居以及LED电源等。

 

三、多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)

MLCC是NCC的副产品线,结合树脂材料的压铸结构,产品能够在高温260°的过流焊能够保证结构整体稳定性,受热弯曲产品不会崩裂,生产加工的可靠性出众,良品率高, 25~500V电压范围,3.2*1.6以上的大尺寸封装,容量范围0.033~47uf. 其中NTJ系列是区别于传统MLCC,双叠层式金属盖焊接的两极能很好的承受热冲击崩裂的同时,容量和耐压都有同步提高。

四、压敏电阻TNR:

以氧化锌 (ZnO)为主要成分的非直线电阻元件,是作为这些浪涌电流和噪声等异常电压的吸收元件而开发的新型压敏电阻。和过去的压敏电阻不同,该元件浪涌电流耐量及非直线系数非常大,当在某个临界电压以下时,电阻非常高,几乎没有电流流过,如果超过该临界电压,电阻急剧降低,大电流流过。由于这种特性,作为电子,电气设备的保护元件,对异常电压的吸收,例如对雷击浪涌的吸收等发挥着很大的作用。

优点:SV系列亚敏电阻安全阻燃性能出众,浪涌电流承受力高,拥有很好的耐温耐压性,无卤品。
