KENDEIL是生产大功率逆变器应用电子元器件的领先生产商,有超过37年的设计生产经验。其推出的铝电解电容K25和K26系列,采用带绝缘套管的铝制封装,并针对高纹波电流和低ESR(等效串联电阻)应用进行了优化,适用于超紧凑型UPS,太阳能逆变器,高纹波电流转换器和电机驱动器。
K25系列电解电容具有较高的耐压值,额定直流工作电压范围为400V~500V,工作温度范围为-40℃~105℃。K25系列额定电压为400~450V的型号,额定电容值范围为820μF~2200μF,在温度105℃条件下,使用寿命长达8000小时。当工作频率大于10kHz时,最大允许纹波电流为1.55Ir(额定纹波电流Ir);当环境温度为35℃时,最大允许纹波电流为3.0Ir。K25系列额定电压为500V的新型号,针对低ESR和高纹波电流进行了优化设计,电容值范围为220μF~1200μF,在温度105℃条件下,使用寿命为5000小时。
K26系列电解电容与K25系列的耐压值一样,额定直流工作电压范围为400V~500V,工作温度范围为-40℃~85℃。K26系列额定电压在400~450V的型号,额定电容值范围为1000μF~2700μF,在温度85℃条件下,使用寿命长达12000小时。当工作频率大于10kHz时,最大允许纹波电流为1.55Ir(额定纹波电流Ir);当环境温度为35℃时,最大允许纹波电流为2.2Ir。K26系列额定电压为500V的新型号,针对低ESR和高纹波电流进行了优化设计,电容值范围为330μF~1700μF,在温度85℃条件下,使用寿命为10000小时。
K25和K26系列包含3种封装,根据电容容值而定。

钽电容的漏电流是不是相比电解电容小很多?一般是多大的?电解电容的漏电流呢?
