电容器作为基本元件在电子线路中起着重要作用,在传统的应用中,电容器主要用作旁路耦合、电源滤波、隔离以及小信号中的震荡、延时等。随着电子科技的发展,人们对电容器的要求也越来越高,KENDEIL推出了一款具有2-4pin三种引脚的K15嵌入式电解电容,可广泛应用于开关电源及电力电子领域。
KENDEIL的K15是一款带有绝缘套管的铝罐防浪涌电容器,具有耐高温的特性,工作温度范围广泛。其最高工作温度可达105℃,能够很好的在高温环境下工作。而且,K15还具有超长寿命,在105℃的高温环境下,其使用寿命达5000小时,在40℃的温度下,使用寿命更是高达250000小时。
K15电解电容的额定电压的范围为400V - 450V DC,浪涌电压是它的1.1倍,这使得K15能够承受更大的瞬时电压。并且,K15还可以提供820μF到2200μF范围的电容,可允许的电容公差为±20%(at 100 Hz,20℃),故障率低于1%,具有高水平的可靠性。此外,该电容器底部和侧面具有安全通风孔,另外配有专门卡入PCB的安装端子,从多方面保证了系统的安全性和实用性。

钽电容的漏电流是不是相比电解电容小很多?一般是多大的?电解电容的漏电流呢?
恰恰相反,一般情况钽电解电容比电解电容漏电流大些,一般的漏电流为0.04 Cr Vr μA,其中漏电流IL= K* Cr Vr,单位是μA,K是常数,不同厂家K值的标定也不一样,世强代理的Kendeil 铝电解电容漏电流ILmax= 0.003 Cr Vr μA,K值为0.003,同类产品已经是非常小的了。
