黑金刚PH系列小型引线型铝电解电容器在相机闪光灯回路中的应用
闪光灯电路铝电解电容一般要求储能高、体积小、损耗角正切值小,对质量要求较高。Nippon Chemi-Con(黑金刚)公司能够为相机闪光灯回路提供了良好的铝电解电容解决方案。具体方案如下图:

上述方案中,标注的铝电解电容多作充放电用,其中用到的引线型铝电解电容器,推荐采用NIPPON CHEMI-CON推出的PH系列铝电解电容器。该系列产品为小型引线型铝电解电容器,符合RoHS2标准,专为闪光灯应用而推出。其实物图如下:

NIPPON CHEMI-CON推出的PH系列铝电解电容器,电容量范围为86~194μF,额定电压具有300、315、330Vdc三种,工作温度范围为-20~+65℃,能够满足通用环境温度要求。电容差为-10~+20%(20℃、 120Hz),损耗角正切值≦0.06,具有很好的充放电特性,具体如下表所示:

此外,PH系列铝电解电容器可提供多种尺寸产品,ФD最小尺寸为6.0mm,L最小尺寸为15.0mm。在高温下(65℃)具有很好的特性保持,即在65℃环境下,不施加电压放置1000小时后,恢复到20℃,再经过相关预处理之后,电容变化≦初始值的±10% ,损耗角正切值≦初始值的150%。
