黑金刚(Nippon Chemi-Con)是各种电容器、压敏电阻、线圈等电子部件的著名制造商和行业领先者。近期,黑金刚公司推出了KVD系列的多层陶瓷电容器,具有X8L的温度特性和小体积、宽范围电容高电容等特点,可应用于车载设备上的噪声滤波器(ECU等)和高温环境中使用的设备等领域。

在电气参数方面,KVD系列的多层陶瓷电容器的容量介于0.1μF至15μF之间,额定电压有25、50、100V三种类型,在图2中的大小代码分别为32、43、55时,电容容差为M(±20%),额定纹波电流最大分别为0.3A、0.8A、1.0A,能够有效的降低电路中的损耗。另外,该系列电容的工作温度范围为-55 ℃~+150℃,达到了军工级电子元器件工作要求,常温25±2℃下,绝缘电阻为100/CR或4000(以较少者为准,单位MΩ),耗散因子最大为5%;在高温曝光储存下,电容容差为±20%,耗散因子最大为10%,绝缘电阻为50/CR或4000(以较少者为准,单位MΩ);在温度85℃,湿度80~85%RH,额定电压情况下,电容容差为±20%,耗散因子最大为10%,绝缘电阻为25/CR或4000(以较少者为准,单位MΩ)。可见,电容可适用于温度恶劣的工业环境,具有极高的安全性、稳定性和可靠性,电容器各型号的具体参数如表1。

KVD系列的多层陶瓷电容器有25种型号,以KVD500L685M55A0T00型号为例,编号方式如图2所示,其中:1表示类别,23表示系列,456表示额定电压,7表示温度特性,8910表示标称电容,11表示电容容差,1213表示大小代码,1415表示终端,16表示封装,1718为补充代码。

KVD系列的多层陶瓷电容器的具体尺寸参数如图3所示,结合表1,可见各系列型号的封装尺寸。同时,电容器选用环氧树脂材料(UL94V-0认可),通过了欧盟制定的RoHS2认证,且符合汽车级电子器件的AEC-Q200标准,是一款绿色环保电子元器件。
