随着智能手机等电信设备拥有越来越多高功能,使用了更多频段,其用电量在不断增加,具体来说,包括功率放大器(用于无线电信号的放大器)在内的高频电路由于互联网的不断连接和高速、高数据速率通信的快速发展,消耗的功率越来越大。而针对此问题的解决方案目前有两种,一是努力使用大容量电池,二是采用节电元件来降低功耗,以提高电池寿命,例如减少多层陶瓷电容器MLCC)内部的能量损失,以及改善电路之间的阻抗失配(电信号的传输损耗)。

CU02多层陶瓷电容器(MLCC)的主要产品特性:

1.   01005尺寸大小,具有世界上最高的Q值

CU02的开发重点是提高用于无线通信1Ghz以上高频频段的Q值。在容量为4pF、频率为1GHz的01005尺寸MLCC测量中,Q值与公司常规产品相比提高了三倍左右,达到约290,为世界最高Q值。

2.广泛的产品阵容,能力在0.2 - 22pF之间,支持广泛的设计规格

为了改善高频电路(包括用于无线电传输的功率放大器)的阻抗失配,需要精确地调整阻抗。这需要具有高度精确、精细和均匀分布能力的MLCC。为了满足这一要求,京瓷公司提供了一个容量在0.2 - 22pF之间的产品系列,通常用于电路匹配的容量在0.2 - 10pF之间的产品以0.1pF为间隔。
