【经验】隔离型DC-DC SGM46000作为隔离电源方案的设计指导
在电源项目设计中,由于系统需求要求驱动侧以及功率侧做隔离处理,通常的方式是使用隔离电源去设计,这样的成本较高。下面介绍圣邦微电子的SGM46000作为隔离电源方案,这样做的成本较低,且方案设计简单。
1、设计要求
变压器原边输入:5V;
隔离等级:4000Vrms 1mA 60S
变压器副边输出:±6V 双路输出
开关频率:400kHz
2、设计原理图
VIN输入电压为5V,+VOUT输出+6V,-VOUT输出-6V
变压器建议:150uH, 匝比:1:1:2.6:2.6

4、设计注意事项
(1)建议在R2处并联一个100nF陶瓷电容旁路用,不接的话可以会造成变压器饱和;
(2)建议增加2个并联在Vout处的1KΩ电阻作为虚拟负载,以改善空载条件下的Vout调节。
