【应用】磁绝对值编码器AME15用于石油管道阀门电动执行器,厚度仅9.5mm,宽温至125℃
传统的石油管道阀门是人工操作,随着系统自动化程度提高,逐渐升级为电动执行器来调节阀门。由于石油管道通常在野外高寒或者高温地区,在恶劣环境中要保持电动阀门执行器可靠性,对于关键器件绝对值编码器设计是个挑战。市场上现有产品设计采用日系光电绝对值编码器,体积大,振动性能差,光码盘易受冲击震动而出现碎裂崩边等问题,经常需要现场维护,因而需要一款稳定性更好的产品。

本文推荐EXXELIA的磁绝对值编码器AME15,该产品具有薄型小体积、宽温工作范围、抗震动冲击等特性,规避了光电绝对值编码器的使用问题,很适合设计在电动执行器中,长期使用可靠性很高,现场不良率低于1‰。
从图2可知,DSP驱动功率器件从而控制电机转速和位置,电机带动阀门运转,AME15将电机阀门的精准绝对位置和速度信息给到DSP用于位置和速度的反馈控制,绝对值编码器断电等重启后仍旧输出唯一的位置信息,非常适合应用在这一场景。
相比较光电绝对值编码器,磁绝对值编码器体积更小。以伺服安装说明:编码器厚度9.5mm,外直径34mm,轴径3.175mm,非常紧凑,特别是厚度仅9.5mm,相比较日系光电绝对值编码器30mm更薄,很适合在电动阀门执行器这种内部空间狭小场景。
AME15工作温度范围-55~125℃,而日系光电绝对值编码器为-20~105℃,AME15温度范围更宽,采用宽温的绝对值编码器电动阀门执行器在野外这种恶劣环境中可能遭遇高寒或者高温场景更有优势。
AME的振动20G,相比同等精度日系绝对值光电编码器震动只有10G,更适合在野外恶劣环境中工作。高转速2000RPM,高精度±1.5"等也满足对于阀门位置的准确传感和精准控制。

WHAT ABOUT EXXELIA'S HIGH TEMPERATURE CAPACITORS?
Exxelia has a long history providing high temperature capacitors to various industries. Several dielectrics, such as plastic (PTFE; PI; & PEI), reconstituted mica, aluminum electrolytic, tantalum and ceramic are used for manufacturing high temperature capacitors. Many are impregnated with solid thermo-setting resins such as epoxy, polyester or silicone. These technologies provide very high stability of mechanical and electrical characteristics with temperature capabilities of -55°C to as high as +230°C, depending on the dielectric technology, and some do not require voltage de-rating. Rated voltages span from 30 VDC to as high as 60,000 VDC with capacitance ranges 100pF to 30µF.
