目前市面上的小功率段LED电源的功率段一般在100W以内,而这些电源都是采用FLYBACK的电路拓扑。以雷士LED电源为例,整流/开关电路中均有机会使用到长晶科技的二极管或者MOSFET。
1. 整流部分:一般使用反向电压1000v的桥堆,如长晶科技的MB10S,MB10F
2. D2: 保护二极管,一般使用普通整流二极管,使用长晶科技的S2J,S2M
3. D1:超快恢复二极管,一般要求恢复时间35ns以内, 如长晶科技的MURS560/460 ,MURF860
