KYOCERA(京瓷)推出的KT3225系列温度补偿型晶体振荡器。其为微型表面安装晶振,具有小尺寸的突出优势,封装尺寸仅为3.2×2.5×0.8mm,可非常好地节省PCB空间,可更好的适应紧凑型电路空间设计,非常适用于移动通信,W-LAN、低功率无线电通信、GPS装置等领域。
在电气参数上,KT3225系列温度补偿型晶体振荡器的驱动电压为1.68~3.63V,具有超低电源电流,典型值仅为800µA(测试条件26MHz、1.0Vp-p)。输出频率范围为10~52MHz,适合高频器件使用;由于器件本身具有温度补偿的特性,在-30~85℃时,输出频率随温度的波动仅为±2×10-6(GPS应用型仅为±0.5×10-6),产品温漂低,温度特性极好;输出频率随负载的波动仅为±0.2×10-6,频率输出稳定。
晶体振荡器在工作一段时间之后均会出现老化的情况,而KT3225系列产品老化每年仅会带来±1×10-6的频率偏差,频率输出可靠性高,使用寿命长。出色的频率稳定性和超低的频率老化偏移使得KT3225系列可以应对多种对频率精度有苛刻要求的应用场合。另外,KT3225系列温度补偿晶体振荡器的工作温度范围为-30~85℃,储存温度范围为-40~85℃,可很好地满足日常环境的使用需求。
