【选型】国产车规级双通道双向I²C隔离器可PTP替换ADuM1250,引脚定义一致,性能更优
在汽车电池管理系统和医疗系统中MCU到模数转换器的通信等设计应用中,为了保证系统内两个模块之间信号和电源的稳定传输,防止电气组件或人员免遭受危险电压和电流浪涌的伤害,一般都会用到I²C隔离器。针对此种应用场景,之前设计人员一般会选择国外品牌,譬如说ADI的ADuM1250,但是由于近年来中美贸易战的不断升级,同时国家也加大了对半导体行业的政策扶持,促使国产芯片迅速崛起,很多研发工程师都开始选择用国产芯片替换国外芯片,纳芯微就是其中一家成长很快的国产半导体公司。该公司自主设计的双向I²C隔离器NSi8100N某些性能指标均优于ADuM1250,并可完美实现pin to pin替代。图1表格即为两款产品的性能参数对比以及安全和法规认证,如下所示:

从表中不难看出,(1)NSi8100N相比ADuM1250有更高的电气隔离耐压;(2)更高的工作绝缘电压;(3)更宽的电源电压工作范围,可直接对接大多数MCU等数字接口,并且可以方便的提供双向电平转换功能;(4)支持工作时钟频率高达2MHZ;(5)更高的共模瞬态抗扰度(CMTI):±150kV/μs;(6)更长的隔离栅使用寿命;以及在通过UL1577认证中更好的数据表现。
NSi8100N和ADuM1250都是SOIC-8封装,如图2所示,并且各个PIN脚功能定义完全相同,可以实现完美的PIN TO PIN兼容性替代。

综上所述,NSi8100N可以完美替换ADuM1250,而且在性能表现上更胜一筹,满足客户产品的高性能要求,提升产品竞争力。同时国产芯片也能更好的提供本土化服务,助力产品快速的推出市场,抢占市场先机。
