【应用】维峰电子排针排母用于通用控制器内部控制板中,实现多层L型连接,一板与多板互连
通用控制器内部控制板在组合过程中,需要多层叠加或者向不同方向拓展,这个时候就需要相应的连接器来实现多方位的连接。某客户在研发通用控制器的过程中,就需要一个主板向外拓展的需求,需要搭建一个“L”型的板与板之间的连接。该连接主要实现信号传输,因此对该连接器的需求如下:
1.2X10表贴排针,90度安装,间距不限,性价比高。
2.2X10表贴排母,180度安装,对应排针间距。
3.信号传输,连接稳定,1A左右即可。
根据客户以上要求,推荐使用维峰(WCON)的1125B排针系列,1125B排针单排及双排可选,2至40P,3A,同时在塑胶下方位置具有定位柱,辅助表贴定位,最大温度范围-40℃至125℃;2185C系列排母,对应1125B系列排针,表贴,单双排可选,2至40P。根据以上产品推荐,完成客户对板与板L型的搭建。
