【经验】SMD-PPS贴片式电容在汽车电机控制器中的应用,电容的范围为0.01uf-2.2uF
笔者之前曾经接手过有关于汽车电机控制器的设计案列,使用的电容是WIMA公司的SMD-PPS贴片式电容,笔者从器件选型、电路设计、系统测试三方面谈一谈使用心得。
器件选型
笔者在方案设计时,就电容器的设计做了如下选型要求:
• 电机为320V额定工作电压,因此电容的额定电压要高于该值。
• 因为汽车电路板尺寸较小,所以需要电容的封装尺寸较小,便于集成到控制器主PCB。
• 成本较低且寿命长,该产品为一次性产品,须长期稳定使用。
根据选型需求,笔者选择了WIMA公司的SMD-PPS贴片式电容,其具有如下特点:
• 电容的范围为0.01uf-2.2uF,可满足使用需求。
• 额定电压有400V的薄膜电容,满足1.2倍的相位裕量的设计需求。
• 工作温度-55~+140℃,可在极端环境下工作。
• 电容损耗因数较低,具有较好的功率输出特性。
• 小尺寸封装,可以减少电路板面积。
电路设计
在该控制器应用电路中,SMD-PPS主要是用作母线电容,用于平滑母线电压,使电机控制器的母线电压在IGBT开启/关断时比较平滑,同时可以吸收电机控制器母线端的高脉冲电流,防止母线端电压的过载和瞬时电压对电机控制器的影响。图1是笔者在设计中的实际电路。

C1和C6是两个SMD-PPS电容,当母线电压输入时,其可补偿D1(整流桥)输出功率和逆变电路的差值,当电网瞬时电压超过电路正常工作电压时,母线电容可保护逆变器,防止高压冲击。在PCB布线时,母线电容应该紧凑布局,仅靠半桥布局,如果远离半桥布局,此时电压尖峰数值过高,母线电压加大时,半桥发热量会增大,在带负载时容易出现炸桥现象。
电路测试:
为测试基于SMD-PPS电容设计的电机控制电路的性能,我进行了母线空载测试。
测试结果如图2所示:

图2是测试实际测试图,在给母线电压通电后,电机空载测试,测试波形稳定,说明基于SMD-PPS电容设计的电机控制电路的性能良好,满足使用需求。
总结
本文推荐使用的SMD-PPS贴片式电容满足电机控制电路的使用要求,具有低电容损耗因数,价格较为便宜、尺寸较小、性价比很高,可以充分满足设计需求。
