【选型】国产CAN通讯共模电感可pin-pin替换ACT45B,额定电流更大,过AEC-Q200认证
在汽车CAN通讯电路的设计中,为满足汽车电子规范中对EMC的要求,一般都会在CAN接口电路中增加共模电感,可以降低共模信号干扰和传导骚扰,TDK的ACT45B系列共模电感在行业内存在大量的应用,为降低供货渠道风险和成本,需要替代物料。
针对汽车CAN通讯电路中的共模电感应用,顺络电子推出了AMCW4532B系列共模电感,可以提供11uH/22uH/51uH /100uH四种典型电感容量,直流阻抗0.3/0.5/1.5/2.2欧姆,额定电流最大360mA,封装4532,耐压50V,通过AEC-Q200认证,可以pin to pin替代TDK的ACT45B系列共模电感,以下是两个器件电气参数对比。
从以上参数对比可以看出AMCW4532B和ACT45B共模电感在电气参数和封装上基本一致,电感容量完全匹配,可以pin to pin替代ACT45B系列共模电感,通过车规EMC传导骚扰测试标准。AMCW4532B系列共模电感在额定电流方面优于ACT45B,额定电流最大360mA@11uH,可以为CAN通讯电路设计提供更大的余量,提高系统可靠性,以下是两个器件封装对比。
