ASM12是应能微推出的一款双线单向TVS二极管阵列,利用领先的单片硅技术提供快速响应时间和低ESD钳位电压,使该器件成为保护电压敏感组件免受损害的理想解决方案。ASM12符合IEC 61000-4-2(ESD)防护标准,可提供±30kV空气放电和±30kV接触放电的ESD防护等级。它采用无铅SOT-23外壳封装,峰值脉冲电流可达13A@(8/20µs),其反向工作电压最大值为12V,反向漏电流最大值低至0.2µA@VRWM = 12V,结电容典型值低至40pF@(VR = 0V, f = 1MHz,PIN脚1到PIN脚3或者PIN脚2到PIN脚3),可保护2条单向线路,工作结温范围宽至-55℃~125℃,存储温度范围宽至-55℃~150℃。器件设计用于保护连接到数据接口和传输线的组件免受浪涌电压影响。器件引脚配置如下图所示:
