在产品设计中需要3通道差分采样的ADC芯片,精度16位,采样速率30kSPS以上,作为无刷电机的电流采样,用来根据电流的变化判断电机是否堵转,防止电机烧坏。同时信号微弱需要ADC芯片内部集成PGA放大功能,噪声要尽量低。在此推荐圣邦微SGMICRO的8通道24位ADC SGM58601XSS28G/TR。
圣邦微SGMICRO的SGM58601XSS28G/TR采样精度可以到24位,超出产品中16位精度的需求,采样速率可以到60kSPS能够保证数据采集的及时性。内部是8通道ADC采集,可以实现4通道差分采集,能够满足产品中3通道差分采集的设计要求。高达23位的无噪声分辨率,最大化提供信噪比, 减少干扰信号。内部集成 1 到 64倍增益放大,方便采集微弱信号,省去外部运放,减少PCB布板面积,便于小型化设计。工作温度-40℃到 +125℃,更适合室外更恶劣环境下使用。有SSOP-28 和 TQFN-5×5-28L两种封装,方便用户根据设计需求选择。
