SVG是静止无功发生器,主要用于无功功率补偿,提高功率因数,优化回路的电能质量。120KVA的SVG的原理框图参考图1。其中功率部分为黄色框部分,可采用三个半桥(红色圈圈)组成三相全桥拓扑。

VINCOTECHIGBT半桥模块A0-VS122PA600M7-L759F70,1200V/600A,电流能力高,采用的是三菱M7晶圆,已经在市场上成功助力120KVA的SVG的低损耗设计。

A0-VS122PA600M7-L759F70具有低导通损耗特性。L759F70采用的是三菱的M7晶圆,Vcesat为1.51V,相比于IGBT4晶圆,整体有20%的压降优势,等效于在导通损耗上有20%的优势。

A0-VS122PA600M7-L759F70具有更低的dv/dt。dv/dt的大小决定了模块在电路应用上的EMI和损耗特性。采用M7晶圆的实测dv/dt更小且随着电流的边化率也更低。故模块在应用上的EMI特性更优且损耗更低。

A0-VS122PA600M7-L759F70采用的是SLC的一体基板的IMB封装技术。该技术相对于DCB基板技术,提升了模块的热循环能力,降低模块热阻。模块热阻越低,模块的发热功耗就越小。

【应用】ECONO封装,三菱M7晶圆的VINco E3系列IGBT半桥模块用于UPS,总损耗可降低15%

在设计高压SVG功率单元时,由于10KV系统的母线电压过高,没有可以承受如此高电压的IGBT模块。那么该如何设计合适的拓扑电路可以实现10kV的高压SVG功能?

根据目前的生产工艺,IGBT模块的最高耐压等级为6500V,不能满足10kV系统的耐压要求。所以通常做法是使用工频变压器副边多抽头,得到多个690V的低压系统,再使用vincotech的1700V耐压的VINcoDUAL E3模块实现690V功率单元,之后不同的功率单元按照一定的电网角度组合成10kV高压SVG。

【方案】35kV,10MW的SVG优选元器件方案

描述- SVG多采用先进的多电平链式电路拓扑结构,以阶梯波逼近正弦波,产生谐波极小。搭建拓扑时,考虑兼容和建议设计,主拓扑多采用1200V/600A的半桥架构IGBT模块。本方案推荐的Vincotech的E3系列的1200V/600A的半桥模块(A0-VS122PA600M7-L759F70)和飞尔康的高低压隔离光纤收发器(FT05MHNR/FR05MHCR)均为兼容式封装,可实现灵活搭建SVG系统。
