ESD防静电二极管和TVS瞬态抑制二极管都属于电路保护器件,功能也及其相似,那么esd管和tvs管的区别在哪?跟随萨科微SLKOR一起来了解一下吧。
1、esd管的原理是,当有强电场时,在esd二极管两端形成感应电压。这个电压与流过二极管的电流成正比,因此可以认为esd管的等效阻抗为:
2、而tvs的等效阻抗则不同。
它的等效阻抗由两个因素决定:
(1)导体的特性,
(2)加在导体两端的交流电压的大小及方向。
3、所以,当交流电通过一个半导体器件时,如果其内部存在缺陷或杂质等不纯物就会使电子流动受到阻碍而产生"漏电"。这些不纯物就称为导电介质的不纯物质,这种不纯物质的电阻叫做导电介质本身的电阻。
4、由于半导体具有单向导电的特性,所以它很容易产生"漏电",从而引起静电感应现象-即所谓的电击现象。
5、对于直流电路来说,若该器件没有出现故障的话就不会发生电击现象;而对于含有杂质的交流电路来说,"漏电"就可能导致电击现象的发生。
