随着生活的进步,手机、电脑、ipad等现已成为人人都有的一种电子产品,可是长期的使用,耗电量会很大,移动电源也成了我们必不可少的产品。与此同时,移动电源的安全性也日益突出,由于过充过放,电池高温,端口短路等导致的移动电源起火爆炸的报道层出不穷,严重威胁着人们的人身财产安全。
新洁能推出了一系列专用于该应用领域的Normal Trench MOSFET(普通沟槽式场效应管)双芯封装的20V产品。具有更低的导通电阻,降低了器件本身的发热,从而确保锂电池工作温度不会过高;极低的栅极电荷(Qg),易于直接驱动;同时,具有高雪崩耐量、高浪涌能力等特点,极大程度提高应用的可靠性也更能保证整个电池管理系统的正常运行。
