【应用】国产正电压稳压器LM317LM/TR用于传动光伏逆变器,可绕过ADJUSTMENT以实现非常高的纹波抑制
光伏逆变器可以将光伏太阳能板产生的可变直流电压转换为市电频率交流电(AC)的逆变器,可以反馈回商用输电系统,或是供离网的电网使用。光伏逆变器是光伏阵列系统中重要的系统平衡(BOS)之一,可以配合一般交流供电的设备使用。本文推荐国产正电压稳压器LM317LM/TR应用于传动光伏逆变器,最大可达1.5A输出电流。应用框图如下:

1,该产品的芯片上包括限流和热过载保护。即使在ADJUSTMENT断开时,所有过载保护电路仍保持完整功能。通常,该产品是不需要电容器的,除非设备远离输入滤波电容器,在这种情况下需要输入旁路。该产品可以添加一个可选的输出电容器来改善瞬态响应。它可以绕过ADJUSTMENT以实现非常高的纹波抑制,这是标准三端稳压器难以实现的。
2,由于稳压器是浮动的并且只看输入到输出的差分电压,所以只要不超过最大输入到输出的差分电压,就可以调节几百伏的电源。它的主要应用是可编程输出稳压器,但通过在ADJUSTMENT和OUTPUT之间连接一个固定电阻,该器件可以用作精密电流调节器。该产品可以通过将 ADJUSTMENT钳位到地来实现具有电子关断功能的电源,将输出编程为1.2V,此时大多数负载消耗的电流很小。
3,当与外部电阻分压器一起使用时,可调节输出电压范围为1.2V至32V,每次输入电压变化的输入调整率典型值为0.01%, 输出调整率典型值为0.5%,纹波抑制典型值为80dB,LM317LI的特点是可以在–40℃至+125℃的等效结温范围内工作。
