在工业场合中,工业电脑上的工控主板需要能够适应宽环境及恶劣环境,可以长时间高负荷工作。由于工控主板需提供一种高精度的电源解决方案,所以需要一款可以给锂电池检测电流的双向电流检测芯片。本文推荐圣邦微电子(SGMICRO)的SGM8199A2XC6G/TR用于工控主板项目上,不仅能够检测充电电流,还可以检测放电电流。
客户需求输入电压5V,输出电压4.2V,SGM8199A2XC6G/TR满足需求。同时SGM8199A2XC6G/TR可以检测基准电压为OUT初始电压,检测反向电流为OUT电压往下走,检测正向电流为OUT电压往上走;还可以给锂电池检测充放电电流,但是芯片不用再内置功率电阻。由于静态电流和检测电流是相关的,因此要进入静态模式,检测电流与静态电流越小,VCC的供电电压越低也会越小。以下是项目应用框图:
