KZM系列电容器是Nippon Chemi-Con公司推出的一系列低阻抗微型电解电容器。该系列电容器为KZH系列电解电容器的长寿命版本,具有寿命长,阻抗低,工作范围温度范围宽以及符合RoHS标准等特点。


KZM系列电容器在使用寿命上较KZH系列电容器有显著的提升,电容容量范围增大明显,工作电压范围也有所提高。


KZM系列电容在105℃时,其纹波电流耐久性为6000~10000小时,具体数值与电容直径有关,基本关系为直径越大,时间越长,具体数值如下表所示:


KZM系列电容的工作温度范围为-40~+105℃,符合工业环境温度要求,具有很高的可靠性。工作电压范围为6.3~50Vdc,标称电容容值为27~10000μF,电容公差大约±20%(M)(120Hz,20℃时)。该系列电容器在20℃,运行两分钟后,最大漏电流为0.01CV或3μA,其中C为标称电容值,V为额定电压值,其最大漏电流的具体数值应以较大者为准。该系列电容有近100种子型号,按照额定电压可将该系列电容器分为6.3Vdc,10Vdc,16Vdc,25Vdc,35Vdc,50Vdc等6个大类。额定电压不同,该系列电容的损耗因子也不同,在测试环境为20℃,120Hz的情况下,具体数值如下:

当标称电容超过1,000μF时,每增加1,000μF,将0.02加到上述值。


该系列电容器使用了新型的电解质,其阻抗大大减小。在120Hz的环境下进行测试,其低温特性如下:
