【产品】双通道高速栅极驱动器助力MOSFET和IGBT驱动,输出电流高达2A
LITTELFUSE的子公司IXYS公司推出了一系列双通道高速栅极驱动器——IXD_602,包括IXDF602,IXDI602和IXDN602三种型号,它们特别适合驱动最新的IXYS MOSFET和IGBT。该系列芯片的两路输出中的每一路都可以提供峰值2A的拉电流和灌电流,同时产生小于10ns的电压上升和下降时间。每个驱动器的输入都兼容CMOS电平,并且几乎不受阻塞的影响。
IXD_602系列栅极驱动器在TA = 25°C情况下的接通和关断的传播延迟时间最大均为60ns,匹配的上升和下降时间最大均为15ns。低传播延迟和快速匹配的上升和下降时间使IXD_602系列成为高频和高功率应用的理想选择。该系列栅极驱动器还具有极低的供电电流,在TA = 25°C,VCC=18V, VIN=0V或VCC情况下,供电电流最大值均为10μA,典型值均不超过1μA。该系列栅极驱动器的逻辑输入可承受高达5V的负摆幅,输出可以并联连接以获得更高驱动电流。
IXD_602系列栅极驱动器芯片的引脚配置如图1所示,其中IXDN602配置为双非反相驱动器,IXDI602配置为双反相驱动器,IXDF602配置为一个反相驱动器和一个非反相驱动器。

IXD_602系列高速MOSFET驱动器采用标准8引脚DIP(PI)封装,8引脚SOIC(SIA)封装,裸露金属覆膜(SI)的8引脚功率SOIC封装和8引脚DFN(D2)封装,实物如图2所示。

IXD_602系列栅极驱动器具有扩展的工作温度范围和宽的工作电压范围,工作温度范围为-40°C至+ 125°C,可以满足工业级应用的温度要求。具有宽供电电压范围,为4.5V至35V,可以满足不同工作电压应用的要求。该系列栅极驱动器主要应用于高效的功率MOSFET和IGBT开关、开关模式电源、电机控制、DC/DC转换器、D类开关放大器以及脉冲变压器驱动器等领域。
