【应用】采用先进TMR技术的霍尔电流传感器CT431助力小功率电机驱动电路检测,实现±1%全温度范围输出误差
Crocus在霍尔电流传感器中采用了先进的TMR技术,该技术实现了高稳定度,高精度,高灵敏度,高信噪比,抗共模抑制,低功耗的产品指标特性。全温区的检测精度小于±1%,带宽达1MHz。
该霍尔电流传感器应用于小功率电机驱动电路检测中,可以省去传统臃肿的互感器模块检测方式,通过过电流时产生的霍尔效应和电流偏置的大小完成对电流的检测。相较于传统的采样电阻+隔离运放的方式,可以省去隔离电源这一部分,从成本上具有很大优势,应用电路简单,检测电流最大到65A。应用框图如下:
