沁恒推出的CH351是PCI总线的双串口及打印口芯片,基于8位并行总线扩展32个GPIO,独立输入或者输出,支持中断,用于PCI转双串口、PCI转打印口(并口)。CH351芯片提供了通用的8位被动并行接口,可以方便地挂接到各种8/16/32位单片机、DSP、MCU的系统总线上,并且可以与多个外围器件共存。

扩展GPIO:
32个GPIO被分为4组,单次并口操作对应一组8个GPIO引脚,在CH351芯片内部,每个GPIO引脚都分别对应有一个方向控制位和一个内部输出数据位,CH351芯片的扩展GPIO引脚输入能够兼容CMOS和TTL电平,内置微弱上拉电阻,输出CMOS电平,兼容TTL电平,并且具有低电平10mA 高电平5mA的驱动能力。
中断:
CH351 芯片提供了一个低电平有效的中断请求输出引脚INT#,可以连接到单片机的中断输入引脚或普通输入引脚,CH351将在方向控制位设置为输入的GPIO脚检测到低电平时产生中断请求。
复位:
CH351芯片的复位引脚RST#用于使CH351恢复到默认状态;当RST#输入为低电平时,X0~X31引脚的内部输出数据位全部恢复为1 的状态;并且X0~X31的方向控制位全部恢复为0 即输入状态。
