TT Electronics(简称TT)是一家全球性工程电子器件供应商,OPI125TX和OPI125TXV是TT公司推出的两款Photologic®光耦合隔离器,具有高电流传输率和高抗噪性等优势,可适用于要求输入和输出之间提供高压隔离的应用,脏污环境下的电气隔离,以及工业设备和医疗器材。

OPI125TX和OPI125TXV由砷化铝镓红外发光二极管(OP235TX或OP235TXV)和单片集成电路组成,在单个芯片上集成了光电二极管、线性放大器和施密特触发器(OPL800TX或OPL800TXV),并密封在高介电塑料外壳中。 该器件具有TTL/LSTTL兼容的逻辑电平输出,无需额外电路即可直接驱动多达8个TTL负载。同时还具有250KBaud的中速数据速率,典型的上升和下降时间为70ns。这些器件专为需要在输入和输出之间实现高压隔离的应用而设计。TX和TXV器件组件均经过了符合MIL-PRF-19500标准的的OPTEK军事筛选程序的处理,保证了其可靠性。
OPI125TX和OPI125TXV的LED峰值波长为890nm,隔离电压高达15kV,引线长度为0.4",引线间距为0.75"。该器件的工作温度范围为-65℃到150℃,存储温度范围为-55℃到125℃,引脚焊接温度为260℃,可经受极端温度条件的考验。OPI125TX和OPI125TXV输入二极管的正向DC电流为100mA,反向电压为2V,功耗为200mW;输出光电晶体管的连续集电极电流为50mA,集电极-基极和集电极-发射极电压均为30V,发射极-基极电压为5V,功耗为250mW。
