2023年1月5日,在2022琴珠澳集成电路产业促进峰会暨第十七届“中国芯”颁奖仪式上,圣邦微电子GaN驱动器SGM48520荣获优秀技术创新产品奖。
关于SGM48520
SGM48520是一款单通道低边氮化镓晶体管驱动器,独立可配置的开通和关断驱动通道,具有最大6A拉电流和4A灌电流的输出能力。芯片集成在具有超低寄生参数的WLCSP-0.88×1.28-6B先进封装中,保证了器件具有典型550ps上升时间和480ps下降时间的驱动性能。2.3ns传输延时和1ns最小有效输入脉宽,使得器件可以在最高60MHz的开关频率下连续工作。其内部集成了欠压保护和过温保护等功能,提升了器件的可靠性和鲁棒性。
SGM48520因其超低的有效输入脉宽、超高的工作频率和较强的驱动能力等性能,被广泛应用于雷达探测、5G射频通讯、感知、无线充电和超级快充等领域,特别在ADAS系统中被大量应用。
